We Got Your Back (WGYB) is a non-governmental organization based in Rwanda, founded in 2019 by a group of passionate young individuals committed to empowering children and youth from underserved communities. We are driven by a deep belief in the potential of every child and young person, and we work tirelessly to provide them with the tools and opportunities they need to thrive.
We aim to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters the holistic growth and development of young individuals, enabling them to become confident, resilient, and responsible leaders of tomorrow.
By prioritizing health, education, well-being, and social inclusion, we empower children and youth to overcome challenges and unlock their full potential.

As a founder, I have seen firsthand the untapped potential in our children and youth—gifts that, when nurtured, can rewrite stories of despair into testimonies of purpose. That is why we are committed to creating spaces where children are protected, educated, empowered, and encouraged to dream beyond limits.
Through education, mentorship, life-skills training, spiritual development, and community engagement, we are not only investing in individual lives—we are shaping a brighter, more just and compassionate future for all.
